There is probably no one that isn’t aware that eating healthy is the best way to maintain healthy skin. It is true that eating and drinking the correct foods will result in positive rewards when it come to looking healthy and good both internally and externally. The wrong diet can have negative effects on your skin and even all the expensive treatments available will not be able to help you as much as a healthy eating pattern and routine would have.
It is true, to a point that too much chocolate and refined sugar products is bad for your health and skin however a chocolate is fine to eat in moderation. People should also consider their intake of caffeine on their diet as excess amounts of caffeine can cause your body more diuretic and will cause your skin to dry out and miss out on important nutrients.
So what foods are healthy for you? Fish is always a good option however best to avoid it being coated in breadcrumbs. An intake of fish every few days will help you skin to get the necessary supply of oils that it needs to thrive. Having a healthy supply of vegetables such as carrots and green vegetable such as broccoli or spinach will give you a good supply of vitamin A that makes skin healthy. Nuts are also a good source of vitamin E, specifically hazelnuts and almonds – this is a good snack for your to have if you are peckish. Last but not least a regular intake of water will help your body flush out any impurities – helping to avoid you getting any blemishes.
